The DCCFM Committee is an all-volunteer organization of Casper and Natrona County citizens that have offered their time and effort to help make the market become reality. While the downtown market operates independently, support for the DCCFM is found from the enormous support and guidance from Tina Wulf and the Downtown Development Authority, the Nicolaysen Art Museum, and The City of Casper. Without the assistance of these primary sources, the market could not have gotten off the ground. In addition to this primary support, additional business organizations, non-profits and public safety providers such as The Casper Star Tribune, Jonah Bank, NOWCAP, the The Brain Injury Association of Wyoming, The City of Casper Fire Department, Casper PD, and The Wyoming Business Council provide assistence and services to the market that help to make it a safe and rewarding destination point for all of Casper.
