Welcome all comers to Casper's only downtown open-air market. It's the fresh experience! You will find the market on the 400 block of E. Collins in downtown Casper along the Rail Trail every Tuesday evening, July 27 through September 21, 2010. Many local and regional products are featured from a great variety of vendors offering prepared foods, home grown produce, fruit, jewelry, and craft items. Come have a Sloppy Hog sandwich from the Herbadashery and enjoy a piece of Jen's Baklava for dessert. Grab a bag of Pam's Cherries for later along with bread from Styria Bakery! Fantastic! Live entertainment with guitar & fiddle playing and singing by various local musicians will surely get your groove to move. The Chef of the Market's free samples and the no-cost How-To Booth are all available to expand your experience. Hay bale seating and portable restrooms are provided. Look for our Orange Vested / Market T-shirt volunteers who will kindly show y'all where to park. Come on down!

Featured Vendor: Jen's Baklava

Jen's baklava is a traditional Greek pastry that is a MUST TRY! This rich and delicious dessert is made with filo (phyllo) dough, walnuts, honey, butter and a little sugar and cinnamon. Jen makes it from scratch each week. Her recipe has been handed down through her GREEK family over the generations, and she is proud to be sharing it with folks of Casper, Wyoming. OPA!

For large orders (by the tray), please contact Jen via email: jennyj25@hotmail.com
